Here is what you should do to request login credentials for new users

The form must be filled by the person who is registered as "competent contact" in your company. This person has the mandate to administer your licenses and submit applications, and decide who else from your company should be given login credentials to the portal.

If no one in your company has login for the portal, an authorized signatory from your company must fill out a Power of Attorney to request login.
