Prices
The product group covers coffee services, including all deliveries of coffee machines, raw materials, servicing, and maintenance of the machines.
Nordic Swan Ecolabel coffee services must meet rigorous environmental requirements and have a holistic approach to their environmental work. This means that they must work structured and active with circular economy, energy efficiency, certified responsible raw materials, and climate-conscious transport.
The requirements include:
- Serving a high amount of certified coffee, tea, and cocoa.
- Use of energy-efficient coffee machines, which are made of materials that meet strict requirements for harmful substances.
- Repair and reuse of parts and coffee machines to promote a more circular economy.
- Regular maintenance and service to extend the life of the coffee machines and ensure good coffee taste.
- Energy- and climate-efficient transport of raw materials and coffee machines.
- Cleaning of the coffee machines with chemicals that meet strict requirements for substances harmful to the environment and health.

** The renewal fee only applies if the application has been signed and submitted before end of the validity of the licence. Else the normal application fee will apply.
*** Administrative tasks that takes less than 1 hour will not be invoiced.

The recipient is liable for the VAT according to article 56 of the Council Directive 2006/112/EC
